By accessing or using Inkborne (inkborne.pub, operated by Pii Mobile Limited, New Zealand), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The Service

Inkborne is a web novel platform offering serialized fiction. Certain chapters are available for free; others require virtual coins purchased through the platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to register.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Purchases & Coins

  • Coins are a virtual currency used to unlock premium chapters.
  • All purchases are processed by Stripe and are final. Refunds are granted only at our discretion or as required by applicable law.
  • Coins have no monetary value outside the platform and cannot be transferred, traded, or redeemed for cash.
  • Unused coins remain in your account indefinitely, unless your account is terminated for violation of these terms.

5. Content

  • All novels, cover art, and related content on Inkborne are owned by Pii Mobile Limited or its licensors.
  • You may read content for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Copying, distributing, scraping, or republishing any content is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to access or scrape the platform
  • Attempt to bypass payment or access controls
  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the service
  • Impersonate other users or Inkborne staff

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pii Mobile Limited disclaims all liability for damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wellington, New Zealand.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes through the platform.
